Ensuite, placez-la sur l&rsquo;avant-bras et laissez aspirer et pulser pendant 5\u00a0minutes suppl\u00e9mentaires. Enfin, prenez une petite ventouse et \u00e9liminez tous les points douloureux au niveau du coude.<\/p>\n<p>Le MPAC continue d&rsquo;agir jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 48\u00a0heures.
